He has broad-based expertise leading turnaround initiatives, developing top-talented leadership teams, creating business-critical strategies, and applying industry trends to deliver positive business results. He thrives on steering change, guiding challenging projects, and building strong working relationships. 

Most recently, David held executive positions at a $3 billion, full service supermarket chain operating 136 stores in 6 Northeast states. He has a proven track record of achieving significant results, and has experience across all facets of business. Additionally, he has extensive governance and board directorship experience. 

Reduced corporate SG&A expense by 63 basis points (>$18 million) by leading the development and implementation of engineered standards and a corporate 5S efficiency program. 
Developed good working relationships with legislators to help accomplish the addition, removal, and modification of legislation to become more consumer and business friendly. 
Expanded geographic footprint over 30% for online grocery order fulfillment, increasing customer base and online sales. Streamlined order completion process, significantly reducing the cost of fulfillment.

David holds a BBA in Management from Adelphi University and an MBA in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He serves as director on the boards of The Albany Medical Center and The Ayco Charitable Foundation.
